Qualifications

• Expérience avérée en tant que consultant Salesforce avec des responsabilités de niveau senior.
• Connaissance de iMIS CRM et de l'intégration avec Salesforce.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement de consultation à distance.

Responsibilities

• Concevoir, configurer et mettre en œuvre des solutions Salesforce adaptées aux besoins des clients.
• Intégrer Salesforce avec les systèmes iMIS CRM pour assurer une fonctionnalité transparente.
• Former et produire de la documentation pour soutenir l'adoption.

Are you a seasoned Salesforce Consultant with a passion for solving complex CRM challenges? We're looking for a highly skilled professional with recent or past experience working with iMIS CRM, ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced consulting environment. This is a fully remote contract role supporting our London-based team, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while delivering impact to clients across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs
• Integrate and optimize Salesforce with iMIS CRM systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable and maintainable solutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and governance
• Conduct training sessions and produce documentation to support adoption and user engagement

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with senior-level responsibilities
• Strong working knowledge or recent project experience with iMIS CRM
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
• Experience working with nonprofit, membership, or association-based clients is a plus
