Job Opportunity: Salesforce Change Manager (12-Month FTC)

Morgan Hunt is partnering with a leading public sector organisation to recruit a Salesforce Change Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC). The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering Salesforce change projects and be a hands-on change manager, capable of driving adoption and optimizing workflows.

What You'll Bring:

Strong Salesforce expertise with a focus on business change
Experience in end-to-end change management, including stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies
Ability to self-manage, shape change initiatives, and embed new ways of working
Proficiency in structured methodologies for planning, implementing, and measuring change success

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead change management activities for a Salesforce CRM programme, ensuring smooth adoption across teams.

  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, from senior leaders to end-users, fostering collaboration and feedback-driven improvements.

  • Develop and execute change plans, including impact assessments, readiness reviews, training, and communications.

  • Own programme communications, crafting Salesforce-specific content and celebrating milestones.

  • Identify risks, mitigate resistance, and track adoption metrics to ensure long-term success.

Salary & Benefits:

London: £47,895 - £62,699 per year
Outside London: £47,895 - £58,519 per year
