Your Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating those needs into Salesforce solutions, and ensuring optimal platform utilization.

Your Profile

Business Process Analysis:

  • Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead reviews and develop optimization strategies using Salesforce.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation:

  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.

Solution Design & Implementation:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce features.
  • Collaborate with developers and admins to implement solutions.

Testing & Deployment:

  • Manage system testing and deployment activities.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance and functionality standards.

Training & Support:

  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
  • Recommend enhancements and best practices.
