We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to join the dynamic team. In this key role, you will be the crucial link between business stakeholders and the technical development team. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring the Salesforce platform is optimised to support our strategic goals.
This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in our South Wales office two days a week to collaborate with the team, with the flexibility to work from home for the rest of the week.
