The following activities are to be performed:
- Business integration requirements:
- How the integrations as supplied by 3rd party can be applied in the client context of individual entities.
- What to take into account for the individual entities and departments within the entities in terms of local behaviour and setting.
- Create a plan for convergence toward a more global approach to be applied after Client harmonization.
- Client and document use cases (post implementation): how should the combined solution work for the agent to get the most out of the integration in terms of efficiency.
- Align use cases with the stakeholders: Local Users, Omni Business Lead, Sales and Service Directors, Client Architect, Local Developer.
- Testing and Validation, preparation and execution:
- Develop and document test cases for individual entities to ensure proper execution of the integration.
- Execute test cases and document problems found, produce feedback towards developers.
