  • Lead UAT testing activities across Sales Operations and other stakeholder teams.
  • Coordinate release communications to key business stakeholders.
  • Provide post-launch hypercare support by prioritising and resolving raised issues.
  • Manage reporting needs - from gathering requirements to building and validating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Support ad hoc queries, including managing the EU Sales Operations mailbox and assisting with customer service queries from our Salesforce user base.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Solid experience in reporting and dashboard creation within Salesforce.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder needs across diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
