• Experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem across functional, development, administrative, and solution delivery roles.
• Proven ability to design and configure solutions, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security models.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security, and reporting.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce administration, including data management, report, and dashboard creation.
