Job summary

Heathrow Airport Holdings is seeking a Salesforce Architect to design and govern Commerce Cloud and Order Management architectures for our enterprise landscape. You will lead technical design discussions, shape integration patterns, and ensure security and performance across Salesforce implementations.

Based in the UK, you will collaborate with business and technical teams, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and drive best practices.

Salary: £44,000 - 84,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with expertise in Commerce Cloud and Order Management
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, integration patterns, and security best practices
• Hands-on experience with API design, data modelling, and system integrations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making at senior levels
• Desirable: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent advanced certifications
• Desirable: Experience in large-scale retail or e-commerce environments
• Desirable: Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce

As a Salesforce Architect, you will join our Digital and Technology team, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and solution designers to deliver cutting-edge Salesforce solutions. Your role will focus on architecting and optimising Commerce Cloud and Order Management capabilities to support Heathrows retail and service operations. You will help define technical standards, ensure best practices, and guide the design of integrated solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
