Job summary

PPL PRS is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Application Support Developer to join the team in the UK. You will enhance and configure Salesforce, fix bugs, and improve platform usability while coordinating with the Development and Support teams.

The role requires strong experience with Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components, plus familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and integrations. Agile/BAU environments preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience working on the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on configuration and development including Apex, Flows, and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (API or middleware).
• Experience in support, BAU, or operational environments.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Preferred: Platform Developer I/II certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enhancements, configuration changes, and bug fixes within Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning components.
• Configure Salesforce features including objects, fields, validation rules, layouts, and packages.
• Ensure changes follow change control, testing, and deployment processes.
• Act as escalation point for the Salesforce Application Support Team.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems, including Jitterbit.
