A respected charity dedicated to empowering communities across the UK is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support our client's CRM ecosystem, ensuring smooth operation, upgrades, and integrations. Working 3 days per week, you’ll play a key role in optimising Salesforce functionality and aligning technical solutions with business needs.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, and ongoing development of the organisation’s Salesforce platform. This includes managing integrations, planning for system upgrades, and ensuring the CRM continues to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert business requirements into efficient Salesforce solutions
  • Oversee system upgrades, seasonal releases, and long-term roadmap planning
  • Manage and optimise Salesforce integrations (FormAssembly, Mailchimp, etc.)
