Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimise Flows to automate business processes across Sales and Service Cloud.
• Own all aspects of Salesforce administration, including user setup, permissions, and data integrity.
• Create reports, dashboards, and custom objects to support data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide user support and training across teams.

What We’re Looking For:
