Salesforce Administrator

TechOhana has collaborated with a well-established non-profit organization. They are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their team of highly talented Salesforce specialists. This team includes an experienced CTO, a Senior SFDC Developer, and two Senior Salesforce Administrators, providing an excellent opportunity for career development.

You will work on their ongoing NPSP instance, with main responsibilities including configuring the org using Flows, creating Reports and Dashboards for senior leadership, and helping design the roadmap for future enhancements.

Requirements for this role:

1. 2+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
2. Hands-on experience with configurations such as Flows, Reports, Dashboards
3. Experience with Salesforce Data Migration
4. Ability to gather requirements from senior stakeholders
5. Exposure to core Salesforce Clouds; NPSP experience is a plus
