Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team and support the ongoing optimisation of our Salesforce platform. You will play a key role in managing, configuring, and enhancing Salesforce to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
  • Create and manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and data access.
  • Build and customise reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve business insights.
  • Implement and maintain automation processes using Flow, Process Builder, and validation rules.
  • Provide support and training to end users, ensuring best practices and adoption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and carry out regular data hygiene tasks.
  • Assist with integrations and new feature implementations as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (2+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security model, and automation tools.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products is desirable.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver solutions efficiently.
