Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Partner Portal Administrator to work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and partner users to ensure a seamless portal experience, support business processes, and implement improvements. Proven Salesforce administration experience, particularly managing Partner or Experience Cloud portals, user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and access management, as well as second-line support and portal configurations, is required.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving complex system and process challenges.

Client Description

Our client is a multinational technology company known for consumer electronics, media and entertainment services, software, cloud services, fitness accessories, and payment solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Portal Administration: Manage the Salesforce Partner Portal including user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and access management; maintain portal configurations, page layouts, and custom components.
  • User Support & Enablement: Provide Tier 2 support, resolve access issues, troubleshoot errors, create user guides, training materials, and FAQs.
  • System Maintenance & Improvements: Identify automation opportunities, collaborate on technical changes, and enhance usability.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure secure access, conduct audits, and review user access and system integrity.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with business teams, regional operations, and the global Salesforce team; participate in testing and validation.
Key Requirements
  • Proven Salesforce administration experience, especially with Partner or Experience Cloud portals
  • Understanding of user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data visibility
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and user-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical engagement
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a global technology company or with external partner ecosystems
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
