A leading UK retirement business is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to optimize their Salesforce ecosystem. The role involves customizing the platform, managing access and security, and supporting users. Candidates should be certified Salesforce Administrators with strong communication skills and ideally have experience in the life and pensions sector. The company offers a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 plus benefits and various flexible working options.

The role
You will have a passion for driving business success through Salesforce solutions, we are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our innovative team and lead the charge in optimising our Salesforce ecosystem. By collaborating with stakeholders to gather & understand requirements, you’ll customise and maintain the Salesforce platform to meet business needs
You will extend the use of Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud by implementing Salesforce solutions, flows and processes. Through managing access, profiles, security settings, troubleshooting and training you will provide high quality support to our users & enhance their experience.
To ensure we stay ahead of our competitors, you will keep abreast of Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies to help drive innovation.
