Our client, a well-respected agency, is currently seeking experienced property professionals to join their team as Sales Valuers on a self-employed basis.

The main requirements for this role of Sales Valuer are to have experience in the property industry, where you have carried out property valuations, understand the market, and can deliver a high level of service. You will cover postcodes in and around the Scotland area, providing plenty of business opportunities.

As you will be working on a self-employed basis, your earning potential depends on your effort, with very generous bonuses and the benefits from all your work.

Working hours:

  • This is a home-based role, but full-time hours are required.

Salary/Package for the successful Sales Valuer:

  • A competitive OTE of £50,000 - £60,000 in Year 1.
  • A 3-month guarantee/retainer.

The Sales Valuer duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador in an allocated territory, building your own and the company's business.
  • Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local property market.
  • Engaging and supporting customers throughout their journey.
  • Building relationships and being the customer's key point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinating with the central support team to ensure successful sales.

To be considered for the role of Sales Valuer, you must have the following:

  • Excellent knowledge of the property market, including property trends.
  • Ability and willingness to work on a self-employed basis.
  • A full driver's license and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
  • A strong desire to succeed and grow your own business.
  • Passion and enthusiasm.
  • Strong valuation experience at either Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator/Valuer level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
