Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Valuer!

Our client, a well-respected agency, is currently seeking experienced property professionals to join their team as Sales Valuers on a self-employed basis.

The main requirements for this role include having experience in the property industry, particularly in carrying out property valuations, understanding the market, and delivering high-quality service. You will cover postcodes in and around Manchester, providing ample business opportunities.

As a self-employed Sales Valuer, your earning potential depends on your effort, with very generous bonuses rewarding your work.

Working hours:

  • This is a home-based role, but full-time hours are required.

Salary/Package:

  • OTE of £30,000 - £70,000 in Year 1.
  • 3-month guarantee/retainer.

Key duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing accurate market valuations based on data and comparable sales
  • Acting as a brand ambassador in your territory to grow your and the company's business
  • Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local property market
  • Engaging and supporting customers throughout their journey
  • Building relationships and being the main contact during the sales process
  • Coordinating with the support team to achieve successful sales

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the property market and trends
  • Willingness to work on a self-employed basis
  • Full driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Desire to succeed and grow your own business
  • Passion and enthusiasm
  • Valuation experience at Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator/Valuer level
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
