Are you an experienced Sales Valuer looking for a new challenge?

Our clients, an established Estate Agency, are seeking a Sales Valuer to join their busy team in the Faringdon area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business and winning instructions, along with a commitment to outstanding customer service and local knowledge (desirable).

As a Sales Valuer, you will be a key member responsible for conducting and generating branch valuations. Therefore, the successful candidate must already have sales valuation and listing experience.

Working hours:
  • Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm
  • One in three Saturdays 9:00am – 4:00pm, with a day off in lieu
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
  • Up to £30,000 basic salary
  • Leading commission structure with an OTE of around £40,000
  • Experience within Estate Agency with valuations, appraisals, and listings
  • A full and valid UK driver’s license
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and dynamic approach
  • Analytical skills to identify market and economic trends
  • Local knowledge (desirable)
Key duties of a Sales Valuer include:
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email, or face-to-face
  • Generating valuations through canvassing and business development
  • Attending valuations and listings
  • Negotiating offers for sale
  • Generating leads and following up
  • Converting valuations and winning new instructions
