Job summary

An established Online Estate Agency is looking for a Sales Valuer to join their Exeter division. The ideal candidate will have local property knowledge, experience in valuations, and the ability to provide excellent service. This is a self-employed role with a strong guarantee for the first three months. You will work from home, with leads provided and opportunities for commission. Candidates must have a full driver's license and a passion for growing their own business.

My client, an established Online Estate Agency, are currently looking to recruit a Sales Valuer to join their growing division in the Exeter area

They are ideally looking for someone with local knowledge, an experienced property professional with experience carrying out valuations and who believes in delivering a high level of service.

This is a self-employed commission role with a guarantee for the 1st 3 months. You will benefit from a home based position, leads provided and opportunities to earn commission from instructions, completions and various add ons

Working hours:

• This is a home-based role but you would be required to work full-time hours.

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

Main Duties of a Sales Valuer:

• Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales
• Operating in an allocated territory and building your own, and our client's, business
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local property market
• Engage and support customers throughout their journey
• Build a relationship and be the customer's key point of contact through the entire sales process
• Co-ordinate with the central support team and ensure all efforts are being made to achieve a successful sale
