Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced Sales Valuer for a well-established independent Estate Agency join their team in the Norwich area.

Are you a Valuer with a great proven track record looking to earn up to £60,000? If yes, our client is a successful and well-established independent Estate Agent who are currently looking for a hungry, driven Valuer / Lister to join their expanding team to cover the Norwich area.

How does the day-to-day look?

  • The key objective will be to generate valuation leads
  • Attend valuations and win new instructions.
  • This must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

You will have:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Residential Property Listing or 2 years as a Senior Negotiator
  • Expert local knowledge
  • Highly driven and motivated
  • Well presented with a confident manner
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • The Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are a must

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30am – 18:00pm

Salary: Basic up to £30,000 (depending on experience) – OTE £50,000 - £60,000
