Are you a Valuer with a great proven track record looking to work for a fantastic independent Estate Agency? If yes, our client is a successful and respected Estate Agency who is currentlylooking for a hungry, driven Valuer to join their expanding team based North of Norwich.

The main requirements for this role of Sales Valuer are to have experience in the property industry where you have carried out property valuations, to understand the market, and to be able to deliver a high level of service.

Our client is a prestigious, highly respected Estate Agency. Providing only the very best reliable and friendly customer service. Solely recognising that estate agency is primarily about people!

The successful SalesValuer will be offered:

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 DOE
  • Up to £40,000 OTE (Uncapped)
  • Ongoing training and support
  • Free parking
  • 5 day working week

As aSalesValuer your role will involve:

  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local property market
  • Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales
  • Arrange and attend Market Appraisals
  • Engage and support clients throughout their journey
  • Arrange and attend viewings
  • Build relationships with other local professionals with the aim of securing referral work

To be considered for theSalesValuer role you must have:

  • Sales driven with a 'get up and go' attitude
  • Proactive with a positive approach to business generation
  • Essential to have excellent knowledge of the property market including property trends
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Ambitious, target driven and career-minded
  • Full UK Driving license
