As a Sales Training Specialist, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance and elevating customer experience across our stores in the West division by developing and delivering impactful training solutions. You will partner closely with Regional Sales Managers and store leadership to identify capability gaps, design targeted learning interventions, and coach teams to deliver excellence in selling, service, and operational execution.
This role blends strategic insight with hands-on facilitation, requiring a strong commercial mindset, exceptional coaching skills, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams across a diverse store portfolio. This role is field-based, so you’d have to be comfortable to commute across the geography of the store portfolio.
