Sales Trainer

London - 1 day WFH per week

Up to £45,000 + bonus

Are you a former Recruitment Consultant driven more by developing people than by sales or KPIs?

Do you have experience using your own business development successes and failures to improve others' performance?

If yes, this could be your ideal opportunity to transition into Learning & Development (L&D).

As part of the Sales Development Team for an international recruitment business, you will support consultants across the UK, USA, and UAE.
