What You Will Do

  • Provide timely responses to price and availability requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on literature requests and manage generic email queries efficiently.
  • Make proactive sales calls, capturing leads and ensuring timely follow-ups to maximise opportunities.
What You Will Bring
  • A background in Electrical Engineering or experience in a technical internal sales role.
  • Proficiency in using software tools like CAD, EPLAN, or Clip X Engineer.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word, with knowledge of CRM databases.
