Job summary

Clarks Outlet in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver a memorable in-store experience while achieving set targets. You will actively sell shoes and accessories and uphold high retail standards across front and back of house.

Responsibilities include maintaining the sales floor, staying up to date with product knowledge, and supporting the store team to hit KPI targets. Weekends and bank holidays are included in the shift pattern.

• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We’re looking for someone who will:
