Job summary

CLARK'S in Castleford is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver a great consumer experience in-store, actively selling shoes and accessories, and maintaining high retail standards.

You will contribute to achieving store KPIs, maintain product knowledge, and support cash and stock procedures while working a 7-day shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive in-store experience.
• Proactively drive shoe and accessory sales while meeting KPI targets.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and use technology to enhance customer journeys.
• Support achievement of store KPIs by selling to targets set by management.
• Keep sales floor and back-of-house areas well-presented and secure cash/stock procedures.
• Be flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish stock as needed.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day‑to‑day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
