Simplify - the UK’s leading conveyancing and property services group - is looking for a Sales Team Manager to join our thriving Conveyancing Sales operation in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, support, and motivate your telesales team to maximise conveyancing instructions.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including productivity, task management, and conversion.
  • Deliver one-to-one coaching, call analysis, and constructive feedback to boost performance.
  • Implement sales strategies and process improvements to enhance results.
  • Communicate business objectives clearly and ensure team alignment.
  • Work closely with the wider sales management team to drive commercial success.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing telesales teams.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • A track record of driving sales success and exceeding targets.
  • Confident decision-making and the ability to motivate both local and remote teams.
