About The Role

As Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and managing the sales team. You will support development and execution of strategic sales plans, drive stretch revenue growth, and maximize sales opportunities. You coach a team of sales professionals, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and building strong relationships with clients and industry partners. This is a management position that requires exceptional sales expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high performing sales team
  • Manage Key Accounts and devise strategies to increase revenue across the portfolio
  • Achieve revenue targets for events and wider product offerings, with a real focus on digital and sponsorship
  • Set and manage delivery against targets for the sales teams
  • Create and implement sales plans for the portfolio
  • Identify development areas and new business opportunities for the portfolio
  • Support and promote sales excellence across the portfolio through coaching, training and sales system usage
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline management and reports for the portfolio
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (operations, marketing, finance, pricing, Brand leadership) to ensure successful delivery
  • Oversee revenue collection via credit control teams, and manage debt forecasts
  • Contribute to the strategy of the portfolio
