The Role

We’re looking for a passionate, driven and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our Account Executives and boost sales performance across our customer base. You’ll be an inspirational leader with a strong track record in B2B sales and a commitment to social impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing a high-performing sales team
  • Driving revenue growth from existing accounts in the social housing and local authority sectors
  • Implementing and managing CRM systems and sales reporting
  • Coaching the team to success and continuously improving processes
  • Building relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Supporting business development and contributing to wider strategy
