We are currently seeking a Sales Team Manager to join our Leicester city centre office, conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station.

In the role of Sales Team Manager at Utility Bidder, you will be instrumental in driving the sales team towards exceptional performance and surpassing targets. You will lead, motivate, and coach a group of sales professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes, and you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on our company's growth and success.

  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives
  • Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements
  • Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration
  • Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members

Requirements
