Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Team Manager to join our client, one of the UK's leading Travel Insurance Specialists, with an exceptional 4.8 Star Trustpilot rating.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong commercial awareness, and a passion for team development.

Benefits
  • Salary: Up to 40,000 per annum with realistic uncapped OTE of 550 per month
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday: between 8:30am - 8pm
  • 1 in 4 weekends: Saturday OR Sunday

Role Overview

You will play a critical leadership role within our dynamic Sales department, responsible for guiding and motivating a team of Inbound Sales Agents to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Inbound Sales Agents to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics to drive improvements in sales effectiveness, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide continuous support through one-to-one coaching, structured training, and performance feedback to enhance team members' skills, confidence, and results.
  • Ensure the team consistently achieves or surpasses agreed KPIs, revenue goals, and service quality benchmarks, maintaining focus on both volume and value.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth, process optimisation, and improved customer outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with departments to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to broader business objectives.
  • Ensure team operations fully comply with FCA regulations, GDPR requirements, and internal policies. Delivering regular training, updates, and process enhancements to maintain high standards.
