Our client is seeking a General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead sales across multiple divisions, including UK Sales, Export, GEDA, and Laser & Fabrication.

As General Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing and growing sales operations, ensuring departmental targets are met, and providing strong leadership. Your role involves strategic planning, team management, monitoring sales performance, and coordinating marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Leadership & Strategy:
    • Develop and implement sales targets and growth strategies for all divisions.
    • Create sales forecasts collaboratively with teams and communicate with production.
    • Monitor and evaluate monthly sales performance across divisions.
    • Present sales reports, performance updates, and strategic plans to the board.
  2. Trade Shows & Marketing Coordination:
    • Identify, plan, and oversee trade shows and exhibitions to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
    • Liaise with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
