We are currently recruiting for a Sales Team Leader to join our amazing Sales Team at our Exertis Supplies office in Elland. The main responsibilities of this role are to manage a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers and manage own account base, by completing daily tasks and maintaining relationships with vendors and customers. This role will be predominantly office based at our Elland office in HX5.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Leading by example in all parts of daily working as a part of the management team
  • Reporting to the team about goals and objectives of the business and ensuring targets are met
  • Ensuring the team receive development opportunities and are offered support where required
  • Managing own account base by developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and vendors
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience working within a sales or senior sales role
  • Ability to be based in the office full time
  • Confident in leading a team and providing support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
