Salary: GBP35,000 + Bonus (circa GBP3kpa)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Overview:

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic visual events business who are looking to recruit a Sales Team Leader on a permanent basis due to growth to cover their Islington branch.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow leads, generate and process orders, in addition to supervising and coaching the sales team.
• Help to maintain the CRM system and market the company s services to exhibitors attending carious events.
• Reach out to clients after attending events to seek feedback and identify additional opportunities.
• Attend exhibitions as a sales representative and assist with the coordination of the company s service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Some familiarity with creating and scheduling email campaigns would be useful.
• Highly organised.
• Proficient in in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
