Key Responsibilities

• Support the Area Sales Manager in motivating a large team, including line management responsibilities for the sales team.
• Manage sales, resources, and customer service within the branch to meet sales and operational KPIs.
• As part of the management team, oversee performance across key business measures in line with the Company’s core values.
• Ensure branch compliance with standards to maintain balanced performance.
• Participate actively in HR activities, including performance management, succession planning, and recruitment, recognizing our people as our most valuable asset.
• Assist in external recruitment, inductions, and internal talent development.
• Promote a customer-focused mindset, keeping the customer at the heart of all we do.
