The successful candidate can come from any call centre / phone-based background with previous team leader experience.

Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Team Leader / Business Development Team Leader / Telemarketing Supervisor / Sales Supervisor / Internal Sales Team Leader / Business Developer or similar.
- Previous experience working within a call centre or phone-based role and willing to make calls.
- Leadership experience.
- Must be commutable to office in Gateshead.
