Location: Etchingham (on-site)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 base + commission + development pathway

Ready for the next step in your sales career? We're seeking a hungry, driven Sales Team Leader ready to grow into a Sales Manager. This role is ideal for someone with energy, resilience, and a desire to make their mark in a growing organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support the Sales function in driving team performance and leading by example
  • Manage and grow your own pipeline of customers and key accounts
  • Motivate the team with energy, support, and clear communication
  • Play a central role in developing sales structure, training, and process improvements
  • Manage sales velocity & sales forecasting
  • Create and manage a customer health score
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure customer success and smooth project delivery
Requirements:
  • You've got a solid B2B sales background and are ready for a leadership opportunity
  • You're proactive, results-driven, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment
  • Passionate about learning and growing—keen to evolve into a full Sales Manager role
  • Any experience in construction, engineering, or modular systems is a bonus—but not essential
