Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Systems Administrator to support our sales processes and contribute to our overall growth strategy. In this crucial role, you will manage and optimise our sales systems, ensuring that our sales teams have the tools and data they need to succeed. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to streamline operations and improve the user experience of our sales platforms.

Your expertise will help us leverage technology to drive sales performance and achieve our business objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the sales systems and tools essential for the sales team, including CRM platforms.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff on system usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Analyse sales data and generate reports to inform sales strategies and performance tracking.
  • Enhance user experience by troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
  • Assist in the integration of new sales technologies and platforms to improve functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Systems Administrator, Salesforce Administrator, or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud required, Service Cloud a bonus).
  • A strong grasp of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accurate data.
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to finding and fixing issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a sales support or systems administration role.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPI tracking.
  • Knowledge of integration processes between different sales applications.
