An industry leading furniture manufacturer with a global reach is looking for a Sales Support administrator to join their busy team ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused sales administrator to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate data entry using Microsoft Dynamics
* Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a timely manner
* Acknowledge and confirm orders daily via email
* Provide delivery updates, estimated times of arrival (ETAs), and proof of delivery (POD) documents
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
* Support resolution of warranty and snagging issues
* Work closely with the sales team to verify order details and pricing
* Manage and update customer portals, ensuring all information is accurate and current
* Liaise with the warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team
* Ensure deadlines are met in line with service expectations and company standards
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a sales support or customer service admin role
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel is essential
* Confident in problem-solving and able to act quickly when needed
* Comfortable working with internal teams and external customers
* Highly organised with strong time management skills
