Overview

Sales Support Specialist - Audi Chingford. Fun, exciting, rewarding work. Join us for the ride. As a Sales Support Specialist you will be a key part of the team, ensuring vehicles are presented to the highest standard both online and on-site, supporting smooth customer handovers, and helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience. As part of a successful, global automotive group, you'll broaden your experience across both sites and brands and progress as far as you aim with the right support from us.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Aftersales Manager and wider Team to support the presentation of Vehicle Stock on the forecourt and online
  • Assist with the preparation of Customers Vehicles at Hand Over
  • Prepare all photos of stock for representation online
  • Liaise with valeting team to ensure all stock is presented correctly
  • Collect and deliver vehicles from customers\' homes or work premises, ensuring collection and/or completion of all paperwork as required
  • Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collecting vehicles, ensuring damage reports are completed and pointed out to customers where possible
  • Maintain systems and procedures in line with department operating standards and utilise them appropriately
  • Display an enthusiastic, motivated and committed approach to work
  • Control the movement and security of all vehicles on site
  • Maintain accurate and true records at all times when releasing or receiving vehicles
