Riverlane is hiring a Sales Support Specialist in Cambridge. This hybrid role keeps the commercial engine running with CRM hygiene, reporting, and deal administration, enabling the Business Development team to close more effectively.
You will support Salesforce-based pipelines, coordinate meetings, and liaise with Finance and Legal, while growing with a fast-paced scale-up and global teams. Office four days per week in our Cambridge office.

Salary: £38,000 to £48,000 DOE

Riverlane is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our growing Commercial and go-to-market team in the UK. This role exists to keep the commercial engine running smoothly: clean pipeline data, reliable reporting, and well-coordinated deal admin, so our Business Development team can focus on customers and closing.
You’ll work closely with the Commercial team (currently four and growing), acting as the operational backbone across CRM hygiene, sales reporting, finance liaison, and meeting/document coordination. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role suited to someone who enjoys structure, spreadsheets, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-moving scale-up.
Reporting into the Commercial team, this role has the potential to evolve as we scale globally, with scope to grow into a broader sales operations remit over time.
Note: this is an office-based position requiring you to be in our Cambridge office at least four days a week.
