The Role you will be doing
  • Receiveandprocesscustomerordersaccuratelyandpromptly.
  • Prepareandissuequotationsviaemail,ensuringclarityandprofessionalism.

  • Followupwithcustomersonorderstatusorquoterequeststoensuresatisfaction.
  • Troubleshootbasictechnicalorsales-relatedqueriesandescalatemorecomplexissuesappropriately.

About You
  • Provenexperienceinacustomerservice,orderprocessing,ortechnicalsalesrole.
  • ProficiencyinCRMandemailcommunicationtools.
