Hours:Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm
Salary:£12.77 per hour

gap personnel acting as an employment business are currently recruiting a Sales Support person for a fast-growing FMCG business, based in Bristol, BS3.If you are looking for a forward-thinking business on which to leave your mark; where your work is valued, where you will test your skills and then develop them further than you thought you could - this place is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing day to day admin support to the UK and International sales team
  • Overseeing the management of the CRM system and inbound lead enquiries
  • Collation and running of weekly and monthly reports
  • Working with the sales team and other departments to ensure customers’ requests are completed in a timely manner

About you:

  • A team player, who is customer focussed and has a can-do attitude.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well organised and enthusiastic individual, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel; as well as knowledge of CRM systems – ideally HubSpot.
  • Confident communication skills via telephone and email, with customers as well as your co-workers
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Comfortable working to deadlines

Requirements:

  • Good IT, Microsoft office and Excel
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Customer service experience
  • Based within walking, driving or public transport distance of the Bristol office
