Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
- Take full ownership of all portable enquiries, ensuring they are pre-qualified and effectively managed through the entire sales pipeline, in collaboration with relevant team members, until closure.
- Identify strategic opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions that best meet customer needs and add value.
- Lead targeted LinkedIn campaigns to promote product and service offerings, driving brand visibility and generating qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement customer nurturing strategies, strengthening engagement and loyalty.
- Drive focused initiatives aimed at securing and retaining exclusive business agreements with key accounts.
- Provide senior-level coverage and support for external Product Sales Managers (PSMs) during periods of absence such as holidays, exhibitions, or conferences.
- Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on the business and identifying promising target markets.
- Design and produce tools, reference guides, and resources to support internal training, development, and onboarding initiatives.
- Actively listen to customer feedback to inform pre-sales strategy and improve customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.
