Job Description:

Sales Support | High-End Furniture Brand | London (Hybrid)

We’re working with a highly respected name in the design world—known for their exceptional work across commercial, hospitality, and luxury residential projects throughout EMEIA. They're now looking for a Sales Support to join their London team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on precision, relationship management, and bringing complex interiors projects to life.

The Role

You’ll play a pivotal role in the lifecycle of key client projects, from quoting and procurement through to delivery and post-installation support. This isn’t just an admin support role—you’ll be central to the success of each project, working closely with account teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and outstanding service throughout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing client quotes, budget proposals, and tender documentation to support the sales and project teams
  • Coordinating procurement activities—liaising with suppliers, negotiating pricing, managing lead times, and ensuring accurate order placement
  • Tracking project timelines and supplier deliveries to meet key milestones, while maintaining strong internal communication across teams
  • Monitoring budgets and margins throughout each project, flagging variances and ensuring financial accuracy
  • Supporting client relationships throughout the delivery process, including handling warranties, service issues, and SLAs
  • Assisting with internal systems, compliance documentation, and providing support or oversight across the sales support team when needed
  • Background in the furniture or interiors industry, with a solid understanding of how projects are delivered from start to finish
  • Proven ability to manage procurement tasks—sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating with suppliers
  • Strong track record of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-moving, project-focused environment
  • Confident managing multiple deadlines and priorities with calm, organised efficiency
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting
  • Detail-driven, proactive, and a great team player who takes ownership of their work
  • Managing budgets or project financials
  • Working with ERP systems like Business Central
  • Communicating effectively with clients to provide a high level of service
The Details:
  • Permanent, full-time
  • London-based (Hybrid)
  • Salary: Up to 45k
  • Benefits: Private healthcare, company socials, events, birthday-off.
