Sales Support Executive - Payments — Remote / work from home, with some travel to London office. Permanent. Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum (+ bonus & benefits)

The role
  • Working closely with the sales team to engage with new customers at an early stage to qualify requirements & ensure go-live & onboarding is a seamless process
  • Communicate confidently with internal & external stakeholders, and directly with customers, to establish what's required and assist the sales team in successfully delivering the products sold
  • Working in a hybrid role which spans sales, customer service and account management, you will follow our onboarding process, ticking every box along the way, delivering fantastic service & ensuring compliance
About you
  • With a minimum of 1Y payments / merchant services / acquiring experience, you will be a confident communicator who can thrive in a busy, fast paced, hybrid role
  • Bright, switched on and personable, you will be able to make the customer journey smooth through your organisational & planning skills
  • You are likely to come from a customer care, technical support or sales role from within the payments sector
