Job description

Job Title – Sales Support Executive

Department/Sector – Travel – Theatre

Job Location – London

Salary – £18k

Our client is looking for a Sales Support Executive to set up new products on the in-house theatre ticketing and attractions system. You will be dealing with theatre, restaurants, attractions, exhibitions, and events.

Another part of the role will be to deal with amendments and maintenance of existing products and reservations.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up of new and amendment of existing products
  • Price matrix rate set up and management
  • To liaise with box offices/suppliers and internal product stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely set up

Skills required:

  • Experience of using a ticketing/reservations system to manage and create product
  • Ability to work under own initiative, under pressure and to targets
  • Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Wider understanding of ticketing marketplace

Additional information:

  • You must have experience in a set up or information management role, excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in the ticketing industry would be beneficial.
  • 7.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day plus 1 hour lunch break, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm
