Sales Support - Co-ordinator - Swaffham

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Sales Support Co-ordinator who thrives on co-ordinating a very busy sales team. Responsibilities
  • Commit to fast, accurate completion of all sales admin tasks
  • Raise and send quotes
  • Ensure clean CRM data
  • Manage the sales team inboxes
  • Coordinate sales team customer visits
  • Book accommodation/travel for the sales team
  • Manage sales team expenses
  • Customer liaison as required by the sales team
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure an impeccable customer experience
  • Run daily, weekly and ad hoc sales reports
  • Attend all sales meetings, compile and circulate accurate minutes
  • Attend offsite/in-house sales events as required
  • Manage the smooth running of client meetings on/off site
  • Ensure all sales team have sales tools ready at all times (Brochures, POS etc)
