Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Sutton Coldfield based client to recruit for a Sales Support Executive to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
This role will require you to make outbound calls to customers on a daily basis, this will be warm calling as there is NO COLD CALLING involved.
Main duties of the Sales Support Executive role include:
- Liaising with customers on a daily basis and maintaining strong relationships
- Following up leads and generating new business
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up
- Following up on quotes with the view to close sales
- Update the CRM system accordingly
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience within a Sales Support role
- Be confident in talking to customers on the phone, so you must be happy to pick up the phone and make outbound calls
- Have excellent IT skills
