A premium British tea brand is seeking a Sales Support Executive to drive commercial growth. You will support lead generation, handle sales inquiries, and maintain customer relations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Excel and MS Office. As part of Hope & Glory’s growth and expansion, the company is looking to appoint a sales support executive to our UK team to assist in the continued growth of the business. This will be a key role in a small but busy team with responsibilities that will include lead generation, general sales, and sales admin support. The Sales Support Executive will also provide essential telephone support to customers and maintain excellent relationships, with occasional face-to-face support when required.
